A little bit of a different show this week as Andrew takes on the chore of the guest interviews by his lonesome due to a scheduling conflict. No matter, John still gets his points in, discussing his new mindfulness venture with Tara Newman of FamilySportLife.net, his new training regimen for 2015, and what he thinks of long training runs (more to come on that we are sure). Andrew then shares his new idea for a run in his area before launching into this weeks interviews with the one and only Marathon Santa and Suzanne Whicker, aka the Walker Lady.
And of course, an in-depth discussion on the wonders of Primus …
John is fundraising for Team in Training again, this time for the Fletcher Flyer Century Ride in North Carolina on June 7. You can donate to John’s cause HERE.
Andrew’s daughter Olivia, the wonderful voice you hear at the beginning of every show, is doing Jump Rope for Heart. Please donate to her cause HERE. There are goodies to be had!!
Fat Slow Triathlete has started a Kickstarter campaign for a clothing line. This is our first time attempting this, so if you feel the need to help, there are numerous incentive levels you can pledge to and become part of the movement. You can find the page HERE.
