We are joined this week by Dave Jimenez of the Octane Athletics podcast. Dave began his journey to better health in May of 2011, starting with workouts at the gym three days a week and cycling on the weekends. As a diabetic, diet modification was imperative. He slowly began to feel better as the weight began to come off. Then the inevitable happened. He was bitten by two things. Endurance Sports and a passion for a healthy food lifestyle. As so begins the new path.
