In 2016 Lisa Smith-Batchen will attempt something only a few have been able to accomplish. In April, she will begin a 3,100-mile run from Los Angeles to New York City. She plans to complete the run in 46 days by averaging 50 – 68 miles. If she completes it in this time period, she will break the men’s mark set in the 1980’s. Lisa is working to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
